				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the Summer and Fall of 2014, I worked with Soledad O&#8217;Brien and her production company, Starfish Media Group, to create a series of positive women profiles for CoverGirl&#8217;s #GirlsCan campaign.</p>
<p>The project took me around the world, starting at New York Fashion Week before heading to the Philippines to profile transgender model and advocate, Geena Rocero. Next it was profiling aspiring chess master, Rochelle Ballantyne in my backyard of Brooklyn. Then to Joshua Tree to join Tina Garnanez in her personal struggle to overcome PTSD. And finally, out to L.A. to profile pop-star Becky G during her rise to teen stardom.</p>
<p>Throughout the process, I played roles from Director of Photography to Field Producer, sometimes co-directing, and creating story edits. The final series was launched in Summer of 2015 with CoverGirl&#8217;s #GirlsCan social campaign.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Computer Aided Design (CAD) software is used to design almost every product we touch. But, in early 2015, the software available was sorely in need of an upgrade. Enter Onshape&#8230; The first company to bring CAD software into the cloud.</p>
<p>At its launch, Onshape was valued at $295 million&#8230; so it was hotly anticipated. But to drum up excitement among users, the company needed to make a statement. We created the following two videos that were used to introduce this new company to the world.</p>

<p>For its first-ever global brand campaign, Starbucks chose to highlight the connections happening at its stores, in any city, on any given day around the world.</p>
<p>I was privileged to collaborate with m ss ng p eces and Co.MISSION Content Group as they coordinated a global shoot that took place at 59 Starbucks stores in 28 countries on a single day. For the campaign, I was the shooter for New York City and also acted as the DP on &#8220;Remade in America&#8221;, one of eight short documentaries for the campaign.</p>
<p>In what <a href="http://www.adweek.com/news/advertising-branding/ad-day-starbucks-happily-blends-background-global-brand-campaign-160448" target="_blank">AdWeek called its &#8220;Ad of the Day&#8221;</a>, the campaign was rolled out through <a href="http://meetme.starbucks.com/fallback">an interactive site</a> and through national 30 and 60-second TV spots.</p>

<p>&#8220;Intelligent Details&#8221; is a branded documentary revealing the Bentley Mulsanne&#8217;s new iPad integration developed in collaboration with Apple. The video was shot on the iPhone 5S and a prototype Movi Freefly rig. It was edited on the iPad Air in the massage-giving back seat of the Bentley.</p>

<p>What&#8217;s life like for one of the world&#8217;s biggest pop stars? I learned firsthand while shooting Season 2 of MTV&#8217;s Docu-Series <strong>&#8220;Kesha: My Crazy Beautiful Life&#8221;</strong>.</p>
<p>Over the course of four months, I was given full access to document Ke$ha&#8217;s life &#8211; We racked up thousands of miles as I joined her at the finale of her European tour and was embedded on her U.S. tour. We went shark diving in the Bahamas and bear tracking in Kodiak, Alaska. I spent time with her family in Nashville and worked closely with her brother Lagan to create eight episodes that will air on MTV in the Fall of 2013.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What did I do this summer? The best way to explain is by sharing this series of videos with you&#8230;</p>
<p>We road tripped along the Gulf Coast, exploring some of the most beautiful parts of the country, experiencing the culture, eating amazing food, and meeting some exceptional characters. For a total of 18 days we traveled throughout Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. We searched for the best stories and characters we could find&#8230; people who depend on the Gulf and interact with it on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Our small team consisted of myself (Directing and Shooting), Fernando Ortega (Shooting), and our agency producer (Being Awesome). Armed with two Canon 7Ds and a Sony F3 (plus a few other toys) we documented the whole experience to create a series of 20 videos we call &#8220;My Gulf&#8221;. </p>
<p>The series was commissioned by BP in support of the recovery of the region following last year&#8217;s oil spill. Though I wasn&#8217;t sure what to expect at the start of this experience, I was amazed to discover a region recovering really well. And along the way, I met some of the most hard-working and good-natured people I&#8217;ve ever met, each interacting with the Gulf in their own unique way. I felt privileged I was able to help document their culture and tell their stories.</p>
